Idea 1

In this concept, you are taking care of a dying flower. The flower produces a melodic tune during its blooming phase. Active care and patience are required to nurture the flower back to health in a three-part journey: from the initial state of decay (by adding water and nutrients), through a phase of growth (involving the addition of leaves and new growth), to the final bloom (in which interaction with petals and clicking facilitates the growth of sounds).

This narrative unfolds in a field featuring a solitary flower. The scene dynamically changes based on logical progression, and various items/interactables can be dragged onto the screen.

Idea 2

This project envisions an audio-visual poem centered around death as a metaphor for ocean waves, where each wave represents a new thought before you die. As users interact with the water, they have the ability to shape it, creating distinct sounds in response to their actions. The project incorporates a unique feature where the history of words gently fades away and recedes into the sand.

As the intensity of the subject matter and the poem escalates, the water mirrors this progression, culminating in a tsunami that crashes down relentlessly into the scene. Concurrently, words manifest as poppable bubbles that expand into larger narratives, adding a dynamic layer to the visual and auditory experience.

Idea 3

Various elements such as facial features, hair, ligaments, and clothes are both removable and additive. Users can interact with the body, altering its expression and manipulating its components. The body responds to interactions, taking damage when poked, and dynamically reflecting the user’s actions. Sound and music is generated in response to the body’s location and movement.

In this interactive experience, joints are movable, and each ligament is both interactable and rotatable, functioning akin to a paper doll. The core concept revolves around the idea that users can reform the body and their sense of self, adding or removing elements based on their own notions of bodily agency.
